My name is Cassie and I'm a 26 year old female aiming to continuing my healthy life style changes. I have been working on getting healthy for close to four years. I started at about 261lbs and my goal is about 175lbs (low was 181, currently 191). My goal ultimate goal is to be in the ideal category for body fat percentage. I aim to eat eat clean. I use to follow a flexitarian diet and I would like to get back to that. I love working out. I use to love running the most but now it's yoga (though I got a 5k coming up and need to prepare!!)
